What is a buying agent? A buying agent is a service that buys products from Chinese platforms (Weidian, Taobao, 1688) on your behalf, inspects them with QC photos, and ships them internationally. You never deal with Chinese sellers directly.

Use our product catalog or the full spreadsheet. Every product has real QC photos, a price estimate, the seller's store name, and a repurchase rate showing how often buyers buy from that seller again.
💡 Pro tip: Sort by repurchase rate. A seller with 70%+ repurchase means buyers come back — that's the best signal of consistent quality.

Copy the product link
Each row in the spreadsheet has a direct buy link for each agent (Kakobuy, USFans, Litbuy). Click the link for your chosen agent — it opens directly in that platform with the product loaded and ready to order.

Check batch info in the community
Before buying, search the product name in our Discord. Other members may have QC photos from the same batch. This tells you the real quality before you spend anything.

Place Your Order

Add to cart and select size/colour
Once the product is loaded in your agent's platform, select the correct size and colour. Sizes from Chinese sellers are often 1-2 sizes smaller than EU/US sizing — always check the size chart or ask in Discord before ordering.
💡 Size tip: Jordan and Nike reps usually run true to US size. Ralph Lauren and Stone Island often need to size up one.

Add a remark for the seller
In the order notes, you can leave instructions for the seller. Example: "Please do not include any original packaging or tags" — this can help with customs. Your agent will relay the message.

Pay and wait for the agent to receive it
After payment, the agent places the order with the seller on your behalf. The item ships to the agent's warehouse in China. This usually takes 3–7 days. You'll get a notification when it arrives.

When your agent sends QC photos, check these things carefully:
Sneakers: Sole shape and stitching, toe box height, logo font and placement, lace holes.
Hoodies / Tees: Embroidery density, print sharpness, label stitching, seam alignment.
Bags: Hardware colour and engravings, stitching density, lining quality, zipper smoothness.
Jackets: Logo embroidery, zipper brand, badge placement, fill quality (if down).

You have two options after seeing the QC photos:
Accept — item goes to the shipping queue. No extra cost.
Reject — agent contacts the seller. You can request an exchange, refund, or different item. Most sellers cooperate — that's why they're in the spreadsheet.

Never skip QC. Once you approve shipping you own the item. Rejecting a bad item before shipping is free. Dealing with it after arrival is not.

Pick your shipping line
Agents offer multiple shipping lines. Here's a general guide:
Economy line — cheapest, 15–30 days, basic tracking. Good for non-urgent orders.
Standard line — 10–18 days, better tracking. Best balance of cost and speed.
Express line — 7–12 days, full tracking, higher success rate with customs. Worth it for higher-value items.

Consolidate multiple items
If you ordered multiple products, wait until they all arrive at the warehouse and ship them together. This is called consolidation and saves a lot on shipping costs. Most agents offer free storage for 90 days.
Customs and duties: Packages from China may be subject to import duties depending on your country and declared value. Express lines typically have lower declared values to minimise this risk. If customs holds your package, contact your agent — they usually help resolve it.

Use the Repurchase Rate
The 🔄 repurchase rate in our sheet shows how often buyers return to the same seller. Above 65% = consistent quality. Below 30% = buy once, don't risk it twice.
Avoid Peak Shipping Seasons
November through January is peak season (Black Friday, Chinese New Year). Delays are common. Place hauls in September-October or February-March for fastest delivery.
Check Batch Labels
Batch names like LJR, PK, OG, H12, GX indicate quality tier. LJR and PK batches are generally premium. Budget batches are cheaper but lower accuracy. Check Discord for batch comparisons.
Split Into Multiple Packages
Large hauls attract customs attention. Splitting into 2–3 smaller packages often gets through customs more easily than one big box, even if total shipping cost is slightly higher.

Quality Check — photos taken by your agent of the physical item before it ships. Your chance to approve or reject.
W2C
"Where to Cop" — asking the community where to find a specific item or which seller has the best batch.
Batch
A production run of a replica item. Different batches (LJR, PK, OG, H12) vary in quality and accuracy.
GL
"God Legit" — the highest compliment for a QC photo. Means it looks indistinguishable from the real product.
LJR / PK / OG
Common premium batch labels. LJR (Luo Jun Rui) and PK are among the most accurate Jordan and sneaker batches.
Haul
A collection of rep items bought in one go and shipped together. Most buyers wait until they have 3+ items to consolidate.
Repurchase Rate
How often buyers return to the same seller. High rate = consistent quality. Our spreadsheet shows this for every store.

Is buying replicas illegal?
Laws vary by country. In most countries, importing replicas for personal use is a grey area, not a criminal offence. Selling replicas is different and may be illegal. We always recommend checking your local regulations. Our community is for personal use only.
Will my package get seized by customs?
The vast majority of packages (90%+) pass through customs without issue, especially when shipped via express lines with standard declared values. If a package is held, contact your agent — most have protocols to resolve customs issues and will sometimes reship at no extra cost.
How long does the whole process take?
Typical timeline: Agent receives item (3–7 days) → QC photos sent (1–2 days) → You approve → International shipping (7–15 days express). Total: approximately 2–4 weeks from order to delivery.
What if I get the wrong item or wrong size?
This is why QC photos exist. Check size and colour carefully before approving. If the agent ships the wrong item anyway, contact their customer support with photos — all three agents have buyer protection policies for shipping errors.
How much does shipping from China actually cost?
Shipping costs depend on weight and line. Roughly: a single pair of sneakers via express line to Europe costs €15–25. A haul of 5 items (2–3kg) typically costs €30–50. Economy lines are cheaper but slower. Use the agent's shipping calculator for exact quotes.
Can I return an item I already received?
Generally no — international returns to China are not practical. This is why approving QC photos carefully before shipping is so important. Once shipped internationally, the sale is final.
